BING BLUES: Rich Badowski Blues Band featuring Michael St. George

The Rich Badowski Blues Band won the 2012 Connecticut Blues Band Challenge and represented CT at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis in January 2013. The band brings a hefty portion of old school blues; add to that a little funk and you have the recipe for a good time! Rich Badowski was born in New Britain, CT and has been blowing harp and singing the blues for over 25 years. He is known for his entertaining brand of showmanship and engaging rapport with the audience. Michael St. George, the guitar player and second vocalist, covers all styles of blues. The band is backed up by one of the area’s best rhythm sections with bassist Max Samson and Dennis Cotton on drums.
