In his new series of paintings and photographs Chris Page explores optical and experiential awareness while walking in different New England environments. Based in witnessing ocean surf and the horizonless, daytime sky, Page’s multi-image, photographic pieces capture an unfolding process and flow of experience in the landscape. Sequences of multiple paintings employ gestural rhythms to create large meditative visual fields.
Galleries are open most Saturdays from 11 – 2 and during regularly scheduled events.
