Film Festival Registration

The Short Film Festival will be held on Friday, December 6th, at 8 P.M. Middle school, high school, and college students, as well as adults from the region are invited to participate. Cash prizes. The films must be 60 seconds to 5 minutes in duration and submitted in a QT movie (.mov) or an MP4 format. Positive, all-ages appropriate subject matter is encouraged. The Bing’s festival committee reserves the right to accept or reject films for screening. Films must be submitted with registration by Monday, Dec. 2.
